During her 13 years at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Natalie Roy D’Amore served as Head of Oncology Partnerships, building the portfolio through strategic collaborations with biopharma companies and academic institutions, and by working with the venture arm to seed early-stage startups. At Millennium Pharmaceuticals, she served as a project leader, advancing development projects.

Most recently, she served as Head of External Innovation at Seres Therapeutics, developing partnerships to advance microbiome therapeutics. She joined Fast Track Initiative in 2024. Based in Boston, she focuses on establishing new companies carved out of existing businesses and supporting early-stage startups.

Natalie did her postdoctoral fellowship at the Sanford Burnham Institute in La Jolla CA in the lab of John Reed and holds a Ph.D. from the University of Ottawa.
