Shinobi develops new cell therapies derived from allogeneic iPS cells with immune-evasive capabilities. Based on research at Kyoto University and the University of California, it is developing a new iPS cell-derived CD8αβ-positive T-cell platform, the Katana platform, designed to evade rejection by all of a patient’s immune mechanisms.
